• Extraction by immersion in liquid

  A process for extracting specific components.
  Pathways for ions called micropores are formed in ion exchange membranes, such as battery separator films, by extracting and washing solvents contained in raw material films.

• Solidification by immersion in liquid

  This technology utilizes the property of solidifying when immersed in liquid.
  Simultaneously, solvents in the substrate are removed right after solidification, forming micropores like extraction.
  It is used in coating films such as ion exchange membranes, breathable waterproof films, and filtration membranes.

• Stretching by immersion in liquid

  Stretching can also be achieved in liquid.
  This is used in dyeing and stretching of PVA and swelling films.
