This is a coating machine for research, where the coating head can be freely attached at any position, whether top, bottom, vertical, or both sides, around the backup roll.
Top, bottom, or vertical coating is available according to the viscosity of the liquid.
Aimed at small-quantity applications, this machine is ideal for universities and corporate research labs.

Both small-quantity and continuous coating can be done with this small body.

The coating head can be set at any angle toward the film surface!

The access to the film surface can be adjusted according to the liquid viscosity.
For high viscosity, the top scraping method is used; for low viscosity, the bottom lifting method is used, and impregnation and double-sided coating can be performed with the vertical lifting method.

The dryer can also be placed horizontally and vertically!

The dryer position can be changed according to the position of the coating head.
The dryer is set in a horizontal position in top and bottom coating, and it is set in a vertical position in impregnation and double-sided coating. The position of the dryer can be changed instantly with a handle.

Various customizations are available!

Despite being ultra-compact, it allows for unit separation, enabling various customizations.

- Coating head can be changed to die, knife, gravure, or impregnation types.
- The drying furnace can be changed to a UV irradiation device or coagulation bath.
- The winding device can be changed to touch-type or protective material lamination.
